A year ago I had my flat-roof at home waterproofed by Charlie and his team. I had prior to this endless problems with it leaking. For the past year, however, there have been no comebacks and even if there were, I know Charlie will stand by guarantee because I have referred him to other people and they have commented on his integrity. The work done by Africa waterproofing and painting was professional, their quote was reasonable, and what I appreciated most was the follow-up treatment I received. About 8 months into the guarantee they give, I thought that something was wrong (which turned out not to be) and they came to Pretoria on a public holiday to check the situation. Every time I phoned them (before and after job completion) they were available, friendly and helpful.

Allroof did a job of waterproofing a balcony and re-tiling, when I was not happy with the tiling work they came back removed all the tiles, re-sealed the balcony and re-tiled for no extra cost. I can only recommend ALLROOF and Charles Brown.
